Title: EIS/RGAssitant Brio
Post by: Tony Tillyer on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
I've just upgraded our Brio to 6.6 and can't get the "FINISH" button in RGAssistant to function I can press it but nothing happens... No template, no error message... nothing!

Everything else is working perfectly, I just can't produce any templates.

Any clues, anyone?

We are using 6.22 and it works just fine. One of the worst things about Brio is that when you program using EIS, if there is a problem, you do not get any errors. The program just stops executing. This is what happening to you. Before you start opening trace window, check if Genesys supports Brio 6.6

Of course you can see the errors. You have to open console window which you will find under View menu.

bye.

Do yourself a favour write your own BQY's. Once you've written one its easy to modify it over and over again.

I've been informed that my RGAssistant.bqy file must reside in the same path as the set up of the documents folder in the options of Brio.

Changed the file's location and it works fine now.

Make a new *.oce file and copy it in every folder you have the BRIO/RGA/Reports and it should be ok then.
