Title: Genesys WFM - Adherence/Schedule State Groups Configuration

We are trying to track adherence through WFM but it is having some issues that we cannot determine. For our voice channel the data works fine, but for chat and mail the data is not working.

What settings need to be adjusted in order to have this functioning as intended? The help page is not very useful.
