Title: Tweet: link to original Tweet on a reply

Hi
We have configured the Twitter account to search for some words, sometimes it grabs a response from a tweet with some of these words but customer complains that he has no vision on what the original tweet was about. So he has to go to Twitter.com and open it and search there. Is there any option to show the link to the original tweet or something like that?


How do you guys work on this?

Answering, not possible, Genesys will not develop nothing new until new Twitter API is released. So about 9 months is what they said.
Totally possible using current API but FR was rejected
