Hi,
We are seeing a problem with connecting to Genesys from our CRM application - The only useful information that I see from the logs is given below -

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

And...which CRM? And how is integration done??
How are we supposed to guess your whole infra and even ask "Anyone faced this before?" ::) ::) :P

First step, did you check if your CRM is able to reach the server where you have your licences?
