This is my problem:
I ha to get the max value og busy places in 1 hour. I try to get it using the MaxCustomValue and custom formula but i havn't any results. Ia use a straqtegy the attach a data containing the current busy place value. Someone can help me please? thank you.

This is my statistic definitio:
[CurrentMaxBusyPlace]
Objects=Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Formula=GetMax("FreePlaces")
Subject=DNAction
MainMask=*
Category=MaxCustomValue

Is seems doesn't work. Probabilly i don't use in right way or it is wrong. Do you have the solution? Thank you so much. Bye.
