Hello,
We are using GAD (v7.6.4), and GAS v8.1.2.
Up until now this has been a single use for outbound function so one script is populated in GAD upon a answer.
However we now have the requirement for more scripts to represent another campaign.
We thought by defining the script against the campaign/campaign group or calling list would populate that particular script but it doesn't.
Upon checking further it looks like GAD is using the defined script within the WWGAssignRules.xml file (in GAD install directory).
This is a standard GAS/GAD integration so not sure where the definition needs to be changed in order for the CME script fields to take effect.
The WWGAssignRules.xml seems to be updated via the Agent Scripting application (Assignment rules, deployment setting tab).
I am not familiar with this set up and configuration so not sure what to do ie remove the rule? or does it need updating..
thanks,
