Title: New to Genesys Development

Hello,

I am new to Genesys Development. However, I have Professional  experience in IVR/CTI software testing.

As a personal interest would like to start with Genesys Development.

Please share some inputs on from where to start and what are the different topics as a beginner i should concentrate on.
