Hello,
Has anyone setup AHT stats for Virtual Queue's. We have tried to set this up but are not getting any data for Queue Handling Number or Queue Handling Time, therefore AHT is a null value. Can anyone provide me a suggestion as Genesys support has not gotten back to me with a response, what a suprise;)

I know that we do these against a VQ. Will ask the team exactly how tomorrow its a holiday today.
