Title: Preventive Maintenance

Hi All,

I looking for the Genesys Official Preventive Maintenance template if Genesys have such template. But I didn't find template in Genesys Documentation Section.

If you guys have such template or your own template which help me to perform Preventive Maintenance in better way then please share.

I would really appreciate for your help.

There is no official document such like that as each deployment is different and the maintenance should cover different fields and platforms (OS, databases, SAN/NAS, etc.). It really direct impacts on your or customer needs.
