So, iI am looking into Bright Pattern, and I continue to be puzzled by how it is all staffed by former Genesys folks. After playing with it for a week, it feels like a very robust and well-thought out product. I especially like the way it focuses on cloud part of the interaction and not voice. It feels additive to Salesforce, while Genesys feels like something that overlaps with Salesforce. Has anyone tested it yet? If so, what are you thoughts?
