Can we display address book in IWS from outlook ?

I searched in the iws deployment/user guide nothing is mentioned

??? What do you mean? Outlook is an email client...how does it related to WDE?
You mean Outlook contacts? If so no, but you can export Exchange Contacts and import to WDE by using corporate contacts, similar question has been asked before. Do a little search for it

If an agent wants to send an email to another employee in the same company through IWS, they have to go to Outlook and get the email address.
i was wondering if its possible to have an address book like outlook
