Title: GI2 standard ABD waiting not match with CCP Standard ABD

Dear Folks ,

Recently I found my infoview reports data mismatch with CCP real-time stats. Basically Infoview  standard ABD waiitng calls way higher than CCP realtime stats. I do understand , These two applications pull the data from two different data sources. But users expect to match the data at the EOD .

If any idea/Solution on this highly appreciate.

Check your short abandonned settings. In GI2 (GIM), they'll be removed from the abandon count. In CCP, it depends of your Stat Server settings.
