Hi all,
Our VRU(*) is an inhousedeveloped VoiceXML server, which
is connected to PRIs through our (again inhousedeveloped)
softPbx. Well, my question is how to integrate Genesys TServer
6.x with our VRU and softPbx. I found a whitepaper on ASAI
CTI) Link Protocol from Alcatel, but I need extra support.
Those who are instresting in this matter, please contact
me via my regular email address.
Thank you and regards,

Hi,
There is interaface delivered by Genesys, which enable thirdparty applications to communicate with TServer. You can implement it through TLibrary, Ole or ActiveX. You should maybe read documentation 65gp_ref sdevguide.pdf .

Ecki, hi
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I read this documentation. But, my question is not
how to integrate a 3rd party solution with a TServer;
my question is that how to implement an ASAI (CTI) Link
for TServer. So, as you put, I know how to integrate
a 3rd application with TServer using TAPI or other
auxilary components.
Thank you and regards,

I am not quite sure I understand your question:
As there is a tserver for ASAI already available, what are you trying to do?
Are you trying to emulate a TServer (imitate it?) so a TServer client can connect to your system and think your code is a tserver?
Are you trying to Connect your IVR as a TServer peer using the peer (tserver to tserver connection) links?
Both of the above scenarios mentioned are impossible, as emulation and peering are Genesys only functions.
If you need to build a client interface ou can use java, activex, or c.
