Title: Dead Chat interactions in URS logs

Hi Team,

I Have GMS/ORS based eServices  Lab . I can find few Chat interactions are executed by URS whenever i start it . I have tried restartng entire solution  (GMS/ORS/CHATSERVER/URS) , still the interactions are getting executed in URS.

Please suggest me on clearing all these interactions from my environment.

Check if they are offline at your strategy and just Terminate them. There is a udata for it, isoffline I think

If you want to be more radical, you can stop URS & IXN Server and delete them from the IXN Server database (table INTERACTIONS). Finally, start URS & IXN Server again
