Hello,
I wanted to check if it possible for agents to select outbound campaigns, if they are skilled or part of multiple agent groups?
we are looking at running multiple campaigns at the same time for the same group of agents and looking at options to achieve this efficiently.
I know we can use agent assignment but the agent does not have control over which campaign to select and be assigned to.
Other options need manual intervention, or we have to assign a skill linked to the group that agent should take calls for.
We use GAD at the moment, but can use workspace if the ability to do this on here was possible.

Nope, OCS doesn't have such option. How would an agent know when to switch campaigns? What happens to records dialed already based on his stats on campaign A.
For a good campaign the agents statistics should remain as much as static as can be. Hard changes can affect hardly on the campaign behavior.
Imagine you have queued calls and then the agents decide to move from campaign... You have higher drop level and will take a time to adjust to the missing agents.
Progressive will have less impact and preview less but yet, campaign management on agents hands....
