hi folks,
I have a question on email server.
Due to network or another issues some times we see emails going to junk work-bin in IWS.
I see the below error message printed in the log files : 'FaultString' [str] = "15:58:14.923 Server: emailserver_las_p Msg: Connnection to SMTP Server host 'smtp.nvenergy.com', port 25 failed."
and whenever this happens the emails will sit in the junk work-bin until unless someone pushes them manually. and if we encounter any network issue late night or over the week end the emails stay in the junk workbin until next morning.
Is there any way we can make email server to resend it after its failure or retry?

That generates a 7XX error on your strategy so just handle that error and re-send to the Outbound Queue instead of a Workbin
