Title: Multiple Endpoints for Chat

Hi Expert,

Is it possible to configure multiple endpoints for Chat? so that if suppose for a particular topic i can send Chat to one endpoint and for another topic to another endpoint?

As far as I understand in Chat only 1 endpoint is supported

Jumm the end point applies when the chat interaction is created, URS has no work yet, URS is the one who can analyze the user fields...so no, you can't have 2 endpoints, what you can do in your strategy is to forward the IXN to another queue based on the criteria you need.
