Hi guys my someone help me!! Ihave install Genesys Framework WITH confserv 8.5.100.18! When i entered the licence file information in confserv options ist deleted after a restarted of confserv.

Do LRM can help me charge the license?

What is deleted? The license? How so?
Flexlm is the one in charge of licenses, on CfgServer you used to load the license file just for LRM which is not necessary now.
Please refer do basic documentation...

Hi,

LRM 8.5 is no longer supported by Configuration Server 8.5.101.00 and newer. You can either downgrade to LRM 8.1 or use other product. Please check Configuration Server release notes for details.

Thank you guys

I wanted to say the license section in configuration serveur is delete not the licence. after confserv restart the section is empty.


i will try to downgrade it.  But I can't download FlexLm its not on Genesys software.
