Title: SIP protocol issue ? missing first seconds of MCP treatment
Post by: GregorV on April 20, 2018, 09:01:12 AM
When a call arrives on SIP-Server and a treatment is started, then the first seconds are cut off. We have seen a reinvite from outside after there was the established from MCP. So the audiofile is started while there are new negitiations for the connection while the caller hears nothing. We have two possibilities to send a call to SIP-Server. A direkt dial from an external number: no issue BUT if the call comes from a network SIP-Server via servicenumber then we see the issue. A workaround is to play 100ms silence before starting the regular treatment. Is this problem known and is there a 'cleaner' solution ?

You may try to set reuse-sdp-on-reinvite to "true" on the msml trunk to check if that helps.

Where you able to fix this issue?
