We have an outbound campaign that stops calling records unexpectedly. For example there are 100 records in calling list. First 20 records everything works perfectly. After 20th record campaign not calling remaining records. Remaining records' statuses are stayed in 'Retrieved' position. Campaign's status remains same as 'Running'. There are available and online Agents which can get outbound call. There are enough ports available. There is no treatment which can change the behaviour of campaign. There is no error log for that calling list and campaign.
There are also other calling lists running successfully exactly same properties with this one. Do you have any idea what are we missing? What can cause to stop making calls? any suggestions?

check your Treatments, maybe you faced some issue like a treatment applied after an hour or something.
What does the campaign says at CCPulse, which are the calling results of the dialing at the campaign?
