Experts ,
I have 10 Chat Agent LIC installed in the system but once i reach to 6 i cant login rest , it gives error in Workspace as say check out licesense ..
Kindly advice

And, what's in your license file ? :-X
My bet, 6 seat.
If not, look at the license options on the interaction server.

in LIC file it 10 and option in interaction is 10

Post it please and IXN logs showing the time where the error occurred

Post the log snippet of the error occurance, not the license load...

agents are configured for voice and chat .. and chat license is 10. if i cross 10 (chat +voice ) agent , i am removing Agent login and Skill , but its not helping to reduce .
what else i need to remove to do not count agent in Chat license ?

It's the role that determines which media the agent will login when he connects. Remove the role for chat if you don't want to use it.
