I am wanting to setup an action threshold which is triggerred when all agents are logged out.
The problem I have is that I need to see the service level in an email, however I am unsure how to show the service level within the email when I am monitoring the no of agents logged in.
I can setup the action threshold & I can also setup the threshold wizard however I don't know how to combine both of them.
Any thoughts?
