Title: Best produce to Upgrade Genesys Administrator

Hi everyone,

At a time, i need to upgrade own GA to lastest version to support UTF-8 and some new configs. So as i read in deployment guide. "when upgrading Genesys Administrator, any metadata already present will be removed from embedded storage." So Plz give me a guide or best produce that i need to do to upgrade own GA.

Response from Customer Care:

I would suggest the following steps:
1) Take a backup of Genesys Administrator installation folder. Save it and name the folder backupGA.
2) Uninstall old version of GA
3) Install new version of GA
