Title: DB Server Conf shown as stopped in Genesys Administrator

Hello and thanks for the time you'll take to read this message,

So i installed a lot of genesys components and everything is working fine.
But in genesys administrator even though the DB Server for the configuration is running correctly, GA says its stopped.
I was wondering if it's normal or not , because if i stop it manually, i can restart it in GA.
And all my other components are "started".

kindly check you have added connection to message server as well as DBserver port is reachable
