Title: No Tenant Found
Post by: qoternaud on May 29, 2018, 08:19:30 AM
Hello and thanks for the time you'll take to read this,

I'm trying to start my SIP Server but i get an error :
Error : No tenant found for the main application - exiting ...

i don't understand why this happening because i already started an URS and a Start Server for example, and everything is fine, and i never have had this error for the rest.

If you have any ideas, let me know,

Regards.

In the SIP Server application object, do you have a tenant ( named "Environment" ), in the section T-Server ?

Thanks n3vek7, in the T-Server section i only have 4 sections :
- Management Port : x
- Check tenant profile : False
- Compatibility port :
- server-id : <to configure ...>

no Environnement tenant in this section.

Could you specify please cavagnaro ?

In the options of the SIP Server ? Or in the tenant menu ?

Thanks for your answers.
