Hi Guy,

We are using a lot of genesys system.
Do you know the policy to register support account in Genesys CustomerCare?

You need to have a valid support contract active.
Be a Business Partner if planning to open tickets or have valid certifications as customer. Done via your Genesys partner.

There are two ways to do it:

1. work via whoever sold you the license
2. post your questions here ;)
