Dear Genesys expert ,

IM to Agent Group not working since implemented , any advice ?

Boradcast .. yes this is what but brodcast only going to a single person not all ..

???  Broadcast goes to any WDE that is configured to monitor the Broadcast DN...please check the Broadcast documentation
