Hi Team,
I have to configure HR for GMS callback. As per documentation i have done the all the steps.
There is one last step which says below:
Set the KVP list
Set the list of key names for which Interaction Concentrator (ICON) will store KVP data provided in the UserData
section of UserEvent in the G_CUSTOM_DATA_S table. To do so, modify your ccon_adata_spec.xml file to
capture the four TEvents KVPs described in the Callback KVPs reference below:
• _CB_T_CALLBACK_ACCEPTED
• _CB_T_CUSTOMER_CONNECTED
• _CB_T_SERVICE_START
• _CB_SERVICE_ID
can anyone please suggest how can I attach or send this as TEvents? Is it through Strategy?

These should be attached automagically by the service template and strategies.

Thanks Eugene, you are absolutely correct. I can see that now and Historical Reporting now works for Call Back :)
