Hi all!
I already mounted the VM with the solution and I can already call other extensions.
I need to direct the call to the IVR Profile, but I can not do it. :-[
Would anyone have a quick configure guide?
I used genesys documents but I need something more objective.

What IVR mode are you using (URS centric, In-front, behind switch)? In case, URS centric, you can map profile based on the KVP (gsw-ivr-profile-name or something like that) or mapping via DID.

I can not tell you how I can only say that I did not install the URS solution.
Based on what I understood by looking at the manuals, I installed the minimum for GVP Solution > MCP / RM / CCP / FM solution. ;D

Yes, I created
Switch routing point (2000) and extension (5000 and 5001).
DID Group
ProfileIVR.
Resource Mananger

It cannot work, you have to create at least:
[list]
[li]VoIP service object[/li]
[li]DID mapping[/li]
[/list]
I do not understand why you created routing point if you do not have URS (routing engine) installed at all.
I strongly recommend read the available GVP/Genesys Media Server documentation where all type of deployments and installations are described in great details.
