hi ,
calls are not appearing in speechminer .but calls are updating ti the webdav and RPS without any issues .and old calls are playing fine
-
Check RPS log if call metadata is posted to interaction receiver.
Check ULogger on speechminer host if data is added to speechminer index. That index is the source of the list of calls in speechminer.
-
As Janis said, check the entire upload process on RPS level, where the recording must be uploaded onto IRWS and also onto IR (interaction receiver)
-
attached RPS ,RCSand HTCC logs , kindly advice

I see that RPS posted a call to Speech Miner.

2018-08-07 14:49:15,164 process_metadata DEBUG Removing metadata record:
Question is if Speech Miner is able to insert new calls into it's index. Please check the content of ULogger tool which can be found on SpeechMiner host.

Dear ,
thank you for your quick response , could you please advice what is the error says in ulogger

Your problem is “the index task is in passive state”. But I don’t know how to solve it. I just can say that this passive state is OK for one node in case of duplicated SM. At least one node should insert new calls in the index regulary. Initiator of that indexing is UPlatform service. That is it what I know, I’m sorry.
-
Check your SM configuration - at least on Index configuration tab.
-
With this whole info you better open an eSR with Genesys

hi
iindex are ok.. i dont have genesys support right now . and i am in needy situation
-
The highlighted log message has nothing to do with your problem. It is related to the Screen recording and not to the Call recording at all. from my point of view, your SM configuration is wrong as you can see the SM is not able connect to the RCS at least.
-
please tell me how can i enable speechminer UI

What do you mean by enable SM UI? I thought your UI is working properly, but you are not able to see any recordings within the UI.
-
in ulogger it says SpeechMiner UI cannot access HTCC Server. Screen Recording UI is disabled and
Error: createFromStream
Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.

at System.IO.MemoryStream.InternalReadInt32()
at d.a(BinaryReader A_0)

What you have in IndexingStatustbl table in speech miner database?
-
What does speech miner Platform log say about Index?
-
Here is the ULogger screenshot from fully working system where we just do not have screen recording. To make you sure that there is nothing to do with the error about Speech Miner UI.

Main problem is the SM is not able connect to the RCS which is necessary to playback the recordings - check your SM configuration on recording tab and also check whether RCS is available for SM
-
It is not a problem at all :) We just do not have license for screen recording on this site.
I'm not asking for help this time. This is to help Nofaul to locate the reason of his problems.
-
My post was not answer to your post, it is reaction to Noufal's problem ;D
-
I’m quite sure that it isn’t Noufal’s problem either. List of calls is not coming from RCS. It comes from index. RCS can make playback problems when single call is selected in the list.

Can you send:
1. versions of MCP and GIR
2. Screen of SM UI (yeah it will show nothing)
3. ID of any sample call and matching logs including MCP and SM (debug level)
4. check if CLR enabled
5. SM config details
for the first look RPS able to post to IR so SM should show this call in UI. The most popular error with that, related to CLR.
About indexer: it means that this particular indexer is in passive state in case if you have two or more. You cannot do anything here :) if its only one - the same. Indexer not running all the time.
If you suspect any troubles with Index just stop SM and empty index folder.
-
Thank you for your kind response , it is been long pending issue so i request you to support me on remotely as i hope you can fix
could you check it in remotely
-
Make a test (make an inbound call which will be recorded) and then post all logs (MCP, RPS, IRWS, all SpeechMiner submodules - web, index, interaction receiver, etc., RCS) covering your test
