The Workspace sends the "contactId" to UCS so that it get all of the current customer interactions and send it back to the Workspace to display these interactions in the "Contact History Tab".
I need to change the attribute that Workspace sends to UCS from ContactId to be some other contact attribute, How can i do that?

Your need is not achievable within out-of-box WDE. You have to develop your own module which will do that. But, personally, I could not see any logical reason for that.
