Title: SIP Server - Disable Second Call

Hi guys,
Any way to disable at SIP Server or DN level (prefered) the second incoming call? Meaning, if user has already one call, don't send a second one or don't allow the INVITE to it.

Use the COS "reject-call-in-call" = true

Not sure I got your question, but usually no second call should be sent if the agent is busy.

Can you explain a little bit more?

[/quote]Yeah, URS but some other agent or administrative set can directly call too.
