Title: Help with emails events

Hi ALL,
Hoping you have time to see this post and help.

i am having hard time to read the interaction server events for email and interpret them ... I am using Myzamir, but there is lot of events i cannot understand

Is there any USEFULL documentation that i can referer to ?
