Title: RightNow agent desktop??

Has anybody come across this?  Struggling to get some confirmed details of it, but from what our customer and some sites tell me, supposedly this Oracle (RightNow) agent desktop is able to integrate with the Genesys solution as an alternative to WDE.

What can you guys tell me?
