Title: Need Additional information on CCPulse report
Post by: ravage509 on October 02, 2018, 01:39:38 PM
Hi there,

When I used to pull a Historical Report on CCPulse for VAQ the details used to populate with the agents name and entity. Now it only populates with the agents name.

Can someone steer me in the right direction to have the entity number included again?

Regards

Dave

What is entity number?? check CCPulse guide to learn how to modify your windows registry to show more or less values or change format of shown values as L or l for LastName (Full or short) for example

Maybe start with a screen shot of what you're seeing and note in there what you expect to see.  If you're not talking about seeing names and employee IDs of members in a VAG then I'm lost as to what your question is.

Thanks this assisted me, originally I couldn't find the file under regedit, my structure in regedit is significantly different to what was shown.  ;)
