Title: Using two step authentication with Workspaces

I need to apply both Single Sign On and OTP authentication with Workspace, Genesys is saying that Single Sign On is possible but there is no way to do 2 steps authentication on Workspace.
Did anyone do that before?

You will need to do it by customizing WDE, no such option by default

do you have an idea what is the best practice to customize WDE to apply that, because even Genesys said that it is no tdoable.
