Title: WDE - Continous Preview records

Hi guys,
I am testing WDE with a Preview campaign, and it keeps asking records after I end one automatically, seems more like a Push Preview but without it...Customer doesn't want this behavior on this campaign due business needs...I can't find an option to control this. And found there is a button at the end which prevents this but is kinda annoying as it is not how you usually handle the Preview call...
Any clue?

Hi Cav,

This looks like Direct Push Preview is enabled for the campaign... It is Preview mode pushed to agent without using Interaction Server.

Yeah I know that, but there is no IXN here. It is WDE sending RecordRequest as soon as ends one record

They should use the button "Done and Stop" instead of "Done" button to prevent the pop-up to get next record to automatically appear
