Hi All,
Can anybody please help me how to add a custom filter in interaction workspace options, i tried but it is not displaying in my interaction queue.

Hi,
I have added a section named - Filtererror on IWS options and given the required values
I have added the same filtererror in the interaction workspace > options> interaction management filters.
The supervisor is having required privileges also.

I think you are mixing up two things together:
- Filter for statistics
- Filter for Interaction Management
Please, post you IQ's management options to check them
