Title: Sympsoium Redundancy

Is it possible a redundant Symposium configuration? Our primary concern is that windowsased link would not be able to offer us the same level of stability we have come to expect from mlink, thus the need for redundancy.

Does Genesys support it?

Jeffrey,

you main problem is that Genesys will not support redundant Symposium link until January of next year.

Ever since Nortel decided to abandon MLink and go with Symposium, every Nortelased contact center had exactly the same concern as you did. We have been playing with several ways of ensuring a fault olerant symposium+genesys combination, but so far, nothing worth looking into has even came up.

5C is supposed to offer redundancy, BUT as luck goes, 5C was never offered here in Japan. Go figure.
