Hi All
Interactive Intelligence was installed with all defaults.
No one at Genesys seems to know this and we need to do some transaction log purging.
Any help would be appreciated.

You set it yourself in one of the questions you get asked when you install Interactive Insights.

Excellent news. .Our vendor can't remember what they used?

Only way would be to send the dB to II support so they recover it.
If you are using BEP then genesys guys will be able to tell you as it is an automatic silent installation.
