Title: G.711 ptime=5

Is it possible to change the G.711 ptime to 5ms? I can't find any MCP option to do this on G.711. Also Genesys documentation states the minimum prime they support is 10ms for other codecs however the standards say ptime is a multiple of 5ms so 5ms is valid.

If i recall well, MCP allows you to set ptime at minimum to 10ms, not 5ms. I'll check it on the latest version of MCP and let you know

It is not possible to set ptime parameter to value 5ms (MCP will not start if you set this value  :()

Valid Values: Choose between: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 or 100
