Title: Changing Media Type of a Interaction

Hi Experts,

Is there a way to change the media type of the Interaction?
I want to explore the possibility , if an interaction from SMS server with mediaType = sms can be changed to mediaType = chat or vice-versa by manually updating its mediaType.

Please help me with your suggestions?

I do not think so it is possible at all. The media type must be declared before create the interaction in the system

Not possible but as Kubig says, maybe you can create a new interaction (which it is) based on the fields of the current one
