Hi,
How we can automatically transfer to Route point from DN after a call.

yes , i have it for inbound call but i need it outbound call from DN
after-call-divert-destination (not working for DN level)

There is no out of box solution provided by Genesys at this moment. So, you have to develop your own solution or instruct agent to transfer clients directly to the targeted system/RP (suppose CSF or something like that)
