Hi All,
Good Morning !
From past few days we are facing issue in emails where agents are unable to action emails from their workbins. [b]we found ''ERROR tionOpenMediaCommand - MoveToWorkbinIdOpenMediaCommand id Action aborted: The interaction is not accessible at this time[/b]'' error in the interaction workspace logs.
What could be the possible reason for these kind of errors

Check UCS and IXN logs
Can be that interaction has changed his status as being handled by someone else or strategy took control of it for route
