Has anyone ever installed it and made it run?

followed the docs.genesys.com (https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/HTCC/8.5.2/Dep/Welcome) still struggling . it runs once generates cloud.log, which I wasn't able to find any valuable information and new tries:

Jan 11 18:16:10 genesys2 systemd[1]: gws.service: main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Jan 11 18:16:13 genesys2 gws[3942]: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . FAILED Fri Jan 11 18:16:13 -02 2019

Jan 11 18:16:13 genesys2 systemd[1]: Failed to start Genesys Web Services and Applications.
-- Subject: Unit gws.service has failed

any tips?

first WARN:

but, externalApiUrlV2 was defined application.yaml

and exit:  Failed to start Genesys Web Services and Applications.

Try to post entire log (debug level of course)
