Hi All,
In my environment i am facing one issue where in Email received time and the display time of the Email in interaction workspace is different.
checked in logs, Email retrieved time in Esj and inserted time in the UCS is same but the display time in the interaction workspace is different.
Can anybody suggest on this please.

? Can you post a sample of what you mean and logs?? We are not clairvoyants as you know
