I am looking for a company willing to sell softphone for Genesys tserver for CCM. Does anyone know of such a place?

It sholdn't be a problem. For which working process do you need it? Only for test or for Agents?

Why you need a specific (oriented PBX) softphone... If you are using the Tlib or the GCN (Genesys Contact Navigator)... You don't need anything more ?

I am sorry, but unfortunately I can't help you. I have asked our development team about this application and they told me, that CCM is stil under development.
