Title: Calls not getting reflected under Genesys SM

Hello All,

I am facing issue where my calls are taking time to reflect under screen tab of the SM. It is happening randomly where for some user it is getting reflected in 15 mins and for some of the user it is taking time for more than an Hour.

Also I have verified that the calls are there in the WebDAV and there is no file getting failed under MCP/RPS.

Can someone please help me in finding the root cause, why it is taking time.

Check failed folder at RPS and MCP

Trace the recording process from MCP, RPS - till SM and IRWS and check whether the delay is caused by any mentioned application or the SM is lagging itself
