Hello Folks,
We have interaction work load distribution (IWD). in the ixn logs i am noticing events related to work items which are completed or cancelled. not sure why
because of this ixn log database is filling up and also the ixn log directory
sample event of a work item
if i search for the below interaction in the IWD manager, its status is shown as COmpleted.

How do i stop the IXN re initiating the completed/cancelled work items?

Check your flow at that Completed Queue. Status are just flags for strategies at iWD to interact. However if you modified something at the logic, it could be broken.
