Title: GA displaying objects

Hi guys,


At the moment we're using the Genesys Administrator 8.1.308.02 version and our customer asked to view more users at once than 100.

if there is any possibility to increase the displaying object number?

Assuming you're displaying your results in pulse, you can set this value in the options of the Collector.  Here you're able to adjust # of object and statistics in the Layout.

Sorry if the question was not clear. I'm don't asking about Pulse, i mean directly when you choose "Accounts -> Users" at the Navigation panel on Genesys Administrator.

Hi MunichMax,

You don't have to be sorry, You question was clear enough.
All GA options are listed with description in file <InstallDir>\resources\metadata\Genesys_Administrator_Current.xml and can be adjusted in default application under options.

But I couldn't find anything related to number or records per page.
Maybe there is a hidden option that I don't know about.
